PAYMENT INFORMATION

Tournament Fee: $185/Person

You will receive an email with a confirmation number along with payment instructions within a few days of registering. After receiving your confirmation number, please contact the OFSC at 705-739-7669 x0, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm to provide your credit card details.

PHOTO CONSENT

By participating in the event, you consent to photography and its release, publication, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the OFSC and its affiliates. You release the OFSC, its executives and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs.

Confidentiality: The contents of Clubhouse are for the internal use of the OFSC and its member organizations only and should not be made public through posting on social media or any form of distribution, electronic or otherwise.
